Westover Treatment Centre: Leading a treatment centre’s digital re-brand
Westover Treatment Centre is an addiction treatment rehabilitation centre located in Thamesville, Ontario. For more than 30 years, they’ve been a prominent force in their community and have helped thousands of individuals and families recover from substance dependence and co-dependence. Recognizing the need to modernize their communication and marketing efforts, I supported their brand’s transition to become more digitally responsive to their community’s needs. From online submission forms to an active Facebook presence, we were able to offer Westover a new way to engage with their audience and support more people in need of treatment and informational resources.
As Content & Community Lead at Nordest Studio, I managed the client relationship, re-brand, and digital promotional efforts as we transitioned their reputable organization into the digital age. Our work together included developing a brand new website, new marketing materials such as booklets and brochures, copywriting, blogging, community management, and program marketing.
