Hey, I’m Kailah. I’ve been a founding marketer three times and a head of marketing at early-stage startups twice. Over the last decade, I’ve partnered closely with founders on emerging ideas across deep technology and social impact. Here’s a glimpse: an AI scheduling assistant, real-time data infrastructure for developers, a Webby-honoured app for charitable engagement, and an alternative funding model for women and non-binary founders around the world.

It’s roll-your-sleeves-up, wear-many-hats, build-the-plane-as-you-fly-it work that’s allowed me to bring truly innovative solutions to market and enable real growth. Beyond my startup work, I’m co-creating Root and Flow, a magazine that explores the interior worlds of people embodying multi-layered identities. Our first issue is set to launch in late 2025.
