Over the past 12+ years, Kailah has helped usher new ideas into market, including an AI scheduling assistant, white-label SMB growth tools, category-defining API infrastructure for developers, a Webby-honoured app for charitable engagement, and an alternative funding model for women and non-binary founders.

The common thread: translating complex solutions into clear positioning, scalable go-to-market strategies, and resonant brands.

A 3x founding marketer and 2x head of marketing, Kailah has partnered with founders, led product marketing at a Series-D company, navigated top North American accelerators, and launched ventures of her own. She is also the founding editor of Root and Flow, an indie magazine expected to launch in November 2025.
