Unified

Unified.to set out to solve an unglamorous but widely felt problem: connecting disparate tools. Founded in 2023, Unified.to entered the market with a bold promise—one API to unlock hundreds of integrations, simplifying the work for developers building data-rich, AI-enabled applications.

I joined as the founding marketing hire to translate complex technical architecture into positioning that resonated with developers evaluating APIs and technical buyers assessing vendor risk. I built the developer-focused GTM from scratch, positioning around developer velocity (ship in days, not months), integration breadth (200+ pre-built connectors), and zero-liability security (no caching of sensitive third-party data), which became a key differentiator for compliance-conscious industries.

The results: 6x organic traffic growth, 3x improvement in trial conversions, 2.3x increase in API engagement, and 80% revenue attribution. That momentum earned recognition as a CIX Top 20 Early startup, enterprise customers, and a SXSW finalist spot.
