Unified set out to solve an unglamorous but widely felt problem in the software industry: connecting tools that weren’t designed to work together. Co-founded in 2023 by Roy Pereira and Alexey Adamsky, Unified entered the market with a bold technical promise—one API to unlock hundreds of integrations, simplifying the work for developers building data-rich, AI-enabled applications.

I came in as the first hire to build the brand from zero—no team, no agency, just a big technical vision and an even bigger opportunity to shape how it showed up in the world. I refined the narrative, redesigned the site, built our go-to-market plan, and drove early growth from pre-revenue to seed stage though targeted, resource-conscious execution.

Within a few months, I was able to scale organic traffic by 6x, 4x’d lead conversions, and influenced 80% of revenue. That early momentum earned Unified a CIX Top 20 Early nod, its first enterprise customers, and a spot on stage at SXSW as the only Canadian finalist.
