CalendarHero
CalendarHero was born from a bold pivot—transforming Zoom.ai, an enterprise AI assistant, into focused meeting scheduling software for an increasingly distributed and remote workforce. What started as a product repositioning challenge became a full-scale rebrand, requiring new messaging, a new identity, and a new go-to-market strategy. I led the company through this transition as Head of Marketing, orchestrating product repositioning website redesign, and partnership campaigns with 70+ partners including HubSpot, Zapier, and Greenhouse. This work wasn't just about changing the name, but redefining what the product stood for, who it served, and how it showed up in an increasingly crowded category.
The results: 10x traffic growth, 200% improvement in email engagement, and a 4.6/5 G2 rating that reflected both product-market fit and messaging clarity. Within six months, CalendarHero was acquired by Vendasta, where I continued as Director of Product Marketing to integrate the product and scale its adoption.

My core work with CalendarHero was more than communicating a product update, but GTM for a complete strategic repositioning. Moving from enterprise AI assistant to mid-market scheduling software meant rethinking everything: brand, buyer, and paths to market. The New York Times even wrote about the former name.

Email became one of CalendarHero's highest-performing channels. I rebuilt the entire email program—segmentation, automation, messaging architecture—to drive engagement and conversions across the funnel. Email open rates improved by 200% , driving trial conversions and product adoption.

I worked directly with customers, sales partners, and review platforms to build a customer advocacy engine that reinforced positioning and drove qualified pipeline. We were able to maintain a 4.6/5 average rating across review platforms.

Growth at CalendarHero relied on distribution, not just messaging. I built a partnership marketing program with 70+ integration partners—from HubSpot and Webex to ActiveCampaign and Microsoft Teams—turning their marketplaces and audiences into qualified lead sources.
