Coralus (formerly SheEO) is a global community redefining how women and non-binary founders access capital and support. I partnered with the team during a key growth phase—shaping brand systems, launching new programs, and deepening member engagement across markets in North America, Australia, and New Zealand.
From launching Coralus’ online learning platform, Learning Lab, to producing video campaigns that spotlighted members as thought leaders, I combined content strategy with system design to help scale the brand without compromising its values.
I led the GTM strategy for Learning Lab (reaching an initial audience of 5,000 participants globally), introduced voice and tone guidelines, created onboarding resources for partners, and drove multi-channel campaigns that lifted email engagement to a 50%+ open rate. Whether launching an internal intranet, managing creative production, or stewarding community-driven storytelling, my work helped Coralus deepen online engagement with their community and supported their international expansion.
